R6243/6244 is a DC voltage and current source/monitor with wide ranges of generation and measurement. R6243: Voltage = 0 to ±110 V, current = 0 to ±2 A R6244: Voltage = 0 to ±20 V, current = 0 to ±10 A The R6243/6244 provide high accuracy with a setting resolution of 4 1/2 digits and a measuring resolution of 5 1/2 digits, a variety of sweep functions and a pulse measuring function for the minimum pulse width of 1 ms. The R6243/6244 can be used a power supply in many applications such as for test system, for evaluations of semiconductors and other electronic parts in R&D, etc.
