  • 2x 11576A voltage divider 10:1
  • 2x 10218A Probe to BNC adapter (male)
  • 1x screw-in
  • groundig clips
Features
  • 10216A: probe isolator: eliminate the effect of test point impedance
  • 11576A: 10:1 voltage divider attach to input probes to increase the maximum input voltage limit to 10 Vrms. The divider also eliminate the effect of test point impedance
