The HP / Agilent 3314A is a GPIB-programmable Function/ Waveform generator. The 3314A feature set includes accurate sine, square, and triangle waves, with ramps and pulses available using variable symmetry with a frequency range of 1 mHz to 19.99 MHz. Additional features include counted bursts, gate, lin/log sweeps, AM, FM/VCO, dc offset and phase lock.
